Lodge Garando Only a minute's walk from the Pine Beak Ski Resort, Lodge Garando offers basic Japanese-style and Western rooms with nature views, free Wi-Fi and a free shuttle from the nearest bus stop. The lounge features free coffee and tea.Japanese-style rooms come with traditional futon bedding on a tatami (woven mat) floor, while Western rooms have carpeting and beds. All rooms offer mountain views. Bathroom facilities are shared, and meant to be used privately.A breakfast and dinner with Japanese and Western elements are served at the lounge. At the music studios, guitars and drums can be played at a charge.To get to Garando Lodge, it takes a 50-minute bus ride from JR Ueda Station to Yubin-kyoku-mae bus stop, and a 1-minute ride with the hotel's shuttle from there.
