Masuya Ryokan Registered as an Important Cultural Property of Japan, Masuya Ryokan offers Japanese-style accommodations in a traditional building. Guests can enjoy the public hot-spring baths and wear the provided Japanese Yukata robes. A free shuttle is available from Aoki Bus Terminal, which is a 5-minute drive away.The air-conditioned rooms have mountain views and guests sleep in Japanese futon bedding on tatami (woven-straw) floors. Each room comes with a flat-screen TV and green tea can be enjoyed at the seating area, which features low tables. Bathrooms and toilets are shared.Guests can enjoy playing table tennis or reserve private hot-spring baths for free. A shared fridge is available in the public areas for storing foods and drinks.Traditional multi-course meals featuring seasonal ingredients are served for dinner and a Japanese set-menu for breakfast. All meals are served at the dining room.Ryokan Masuya is a 15-minute drive from Daiho-ji Temple and Aoki Village Art Museum. Ikushima Tarushima Shrine and JR Ueda Train Station are a 30-minute drive away.
